Push back cuticles & lightly buff nails.

Wipe clean with alcohol pad (no oils!).

Apply a thin layer of glue and/or adhesive tabs and press for 30 seconds.

File to your perfect shape & apply cuticle oil.

Gently lift from the sides, never force them off.

Use cuticle oil or a nail file to loosen any leftover glue residue.
